So this is it: our adventure begins. We've had other adventures, of course, but we expect this one to be the biggest so far.

We depart for Malawi today. I need to wrap this up kinda quick, because our ride to the airport will be here momentarily.

In summary, Tracy is doing a rotation for her Pediatric Residency program at a hospital in Namitete, Malawi. One of her colleagues, our dear friend Marideth, is going as well. I will be volunteering at the hospital.

The past several weeks have been a whirlwind of preparation plus both of us being very busy with our jobs. At least we were able to squeeze in a trip to Minnesota for Christmas.
